Ani Karma Choki Wangmo

My name is Karma Choki Wangmo. I joined the nunnery in 1998 after completing 10th grade in a Bhutanese public school. I have 4 siblings: 2 brothers and 2 sisters. I went to Sri Lanka for 3 years to learn the Pali language. After going to retreat for 1 year, I joined the shedra (monastic college) in 2016. I speak quite a few languages; Dzongkha, Khangskha, Tibetan, Nepali and English. I love studying and meeting people. I hope to serve my nunnery and help others in future.
