Ani Samten Drolma joined the nunnery in 2021. Since Samten had to go far away from home to study in School, her mother brought her to the nunnery thinking where she could stay with her sister Ani Damcho Drolma and study. She now goes to Kuengarabten Primary School with her sister, and she is studying in grade one. When asked whether she is happy in the nunnery, she replies that she is happy in the nunnery with many new friends.
