Ani Samten Palmo joined the nunnery in April 2014. She has never seen her father. She has three siblings. Her mother works with a Bhutanese officer who helped her mother bring her to the nunnery. Her brother is a monk in Barshong and her sister is a baby sitter with one of the Dashos. She would like to spend the rest of her life at the nunnery. She likes being at Karma Drubdey nunnery and she loves her friends here. She dreams of becoming head nun of the nunnery.
