Ani Sonam Tsomo came to the nunnery in 2019. She is from Nubri, Nepal where she has three siblings, one elder sister, one elder brother and one younger brother. She became a nun because her parents want her to be a nun and so that she can go to school. She is fortunate to have her aunt, Ani Kunzang Palmo living at the nunnery. Of course all the older nuns adore her and she is having a great time at the nunnery.
