Ani Dechok Palmo

I am Dechok Palmo and I was born in 1971. After I completed my 8th grade in school I joined the nunnery. I also went into retreat for 3 years. I was a shrine master for few years and now I am a discipline master. I love to meditate, so I hope to go into a retreat again some day soon.
