MahaKaruna for Nepal
The earthquake in Nepal brought death, injury and tragedy to many thousands of people. Numerous treasures of national culture, monasteries and retreat centres were seriously damaged, or as historic place of Milarepa practice - Yolmo - reduced to rubble. Apprehending the scale of this disaster has triggered international support for Nepal - including the support from Poland. The Marpa Institute Poland and Karma Dechen Choling have started the MahaKaruna for Nepal project. We will do whatever possible to gather funds, and in various ways provide support for the inhabitants and reconstruction efforts in Nepal. continue story » |
