Do not be obsessed with the object of
your jealousy - Look at the examining mind,
The examining mind is self-arisen and
        self-liberated, intellect-emptiness by nature,
Intellect-emptiness is nothing other than
        all-accomplishing wisdom
Within jealousy self-liberated, recite the
        six syllable mantra.
                                              (Paltrul Rinpoche)

Do not be obsessed with the object of your jealousy. This is the same instruction as before: Do not think that the one whom you are jealous of truly exists. Look at this person you are jealous of and see that they do not truly exist. Then, look at the examining mind. Jealousy is described as being an analyzing conceptual mind, because that is what jealousy does - it looks, investigates, sees what the other person has that you do not. After it does that, you think to yourself: "This person is not as good as me, I am better, so why should they have something when I don't?" Then you feel jealous... In short, when you are jealous, your mind is doing a lot of conceptual examination of someone else.

When you look straight at the jealous mind's essence, you see it is intellect-emptiness by nature. Jealousy is called intellect-emptiness because it is conceptual and intelligent, but at the same time, it is not truly existent. Not only does jealousy's object not truly exist, the mind that is jealous does not truly exist. It is intellect undifferentiable from emptiness. This intellect-emptiness is nothing other than all-accomplishing wisdom.
